Job Description:
1. Perform quality planning (APQP) for new programs;
完成新项目的前期质量策划；
2. Ensure all customer special requirement be met in all phases of APQP;
确保在APQP中满足客户所有的特殊要求；
3. Develop FMEA and Control Plan with team, including inspection checklist;
制定FMEA，控制计划和检验清单；
4. Develop inspection tooling and equipment including the critical samples;
制定检验工具，设备和样品；
5. Plan, schedule, and implement training for quality control personnel and any other employees whose work directly or indirectly affect products quality;
计划并对质量控制人员和其它直接或间接对质量产生影响的员工进行培训；
6. Communicate with team for first article inspection result even to customer;
与团队沟通首次样件检测的结果；
7. Coordinate the run at rate and be sure quality capability is ready for launch production;
协调节拍生产并确保质量水平适合批量生产；
8. Submits PPAP to customers on schedule and ensure to get approval;
按时提交PPAP并得到客户认可；
9. Perform other duties as required, such as internal audit, and 2nd and 3rd party audit;
完成其它相关要求，例如内部审核、第二和第三次审核；
10. Actively lead teams, which involve various functions towards problem solving and work excellence.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree of engineering, electrical or mechanical;
工程、电气或制造专业本科毕业；
2. Strong understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., TQM, SPC, FMEA, GR&R etc); 充分理解质量原理和应用工具；
3. 2-3 years management experience required; 2-3年工作经验；
4. Possess knowledge of TS16949 or equivalent;
拥有TS16949知识或相关知识；
5. Proficiency with ERP/SAP, MS Office, MS Mail and Internet;
熟练ERP/SAP，办公自动化，邮件和网络；
6. Travel required; 可以出差；
7. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers and customers;
能够向工程师、经理和客户提供有效信息；
8. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, evaluations and other similar papers;
能够书写报告、业务书信、评估和其它相似文件；
9. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general professional journals, or technical papers;
能够阅读、分析和说明专业书籍或技术论文；
10. Ability to hold conference call with internal and external partners including overseas customer;
能够与内部和外部包括海外客户进行电话会议；
11. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
