Senior Lean Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Lean Engineer to help us optimize our manufacturing operations in accordance with lean management principles. As a Senior Lean Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing lean manufacturing strategies, reducing waste, and improving production efficiency. Our ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of lean techniques and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ultimate goal of the Lean Manager is to maximize productivity and improve quality level, while reducing costs and eliminating waste significantly.
Responsibilities：
• Plan, design, and implement lean strategies across all functions of the facility.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
• Drive the execution of lean initiatives, working closely with related teams.
• Coach and guide employees on lean manufacturing techniques and best practices.
• Develop and manage lean training materials and programs.
• Coordinate with senior management and other teams to develop new systems and processes.
• Familiar with VSM/JIT/TPM/SMED/Kanban and other lean tools.
• Work with related dept to drive continuous efficiency improvement
Qualifications：
• Proven experience as a Senior Lean Engineer or similar role.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ability to implement them.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Work/PPT.
• Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools.
• BSc degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a strong advantage.
• English can be using working language

61 优秀的领导力和团队管理技能。
61 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
61 熟练使用MS Office软件，特别是Excel、Word和PPT。
61 具备统计分析和流程改进工具的使用经验。
61 机械、工业工程或相关专业本科学历。
61 持有精益六西格玛认证者优先考虑。
