Key Responsibilities主要职责:
Manufacturing Quality Management生产品质管理:
1.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and quality standards监督质量体系的实施和维护，确保符合所有适用的法规和质量标准;
2.Lead quality activities during manufacturing process, including process validations, qualification of equipment, and verification of production lines领导生产过程中的质量活动，包括工艺验证、设备确认和生产线验证;
3.Implement and manage non-conformance and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes to ensure timely resolution of issues实施和管理不符合和CAPA（纠正和预防措施）过程，确保问题的及时解决.
4.Analyze quality claims, complaints, & issues occurred and take appropriate action with the affected parties (PM,PD, NPI & UAG factory) 分析发生的质量索赔，投诉和问题，并与受影响方（PM,PD,NPI和UAG工厂）一起采取适当的措施.
New Product Introduction (NPI)新产品导入
1.Collaborate with PM and Engineering teams to ensure the success transfer of new products from development to manufacturing(Technical Review) 与项目经理和工程团队合作，确保新产品从开发到生产的成功转移（技术评审）.
2.Develop and validate processes and systems to ensure new products meet regulatory and quality requirements during scaling up for mass production开发和验证工艺和系统，以确保新产品在大规模生产期间符合法规和质量要求.
3.Participate in injection tooling trials to identify potential manufacturing and quality issue early in the product development process参与注塑模具试验，在产品开发过程中及早发现潜在的制造和质量问题.
Mass Production Quality Control量产阶段品质控制
1.Manage and maintain quality systems to ensure consistent product quality during high-volume manufacturing管理和维护质量体系，确保大批量生产期间产品质量的一致性.
2.Develop and monitor key production quality metrics (KPIs) such as defect rates, first-pass yield, and scrap rates, ensuring continuous improvement制定和监控关键的生产质量指标（KPI），如不良率、一次合格率和废品率，确保持续改进.
3.Implement process controls and risk mitigation strategies to minimize quality issues during mass production实施过程控制和风险缓解策略，最大限度地减少量产过程中的质量问题.
4.Ensure timely investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of any production related quality issues, including non-conformance reports (NCRs) and deviations确保及时调查、根本原因分析和解决任何与生产相关的质量问题，包括不合格报告和偏差.
5.Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operation efficiency within the manufacturing environment推动持续改进计划，旨在提高产品质量和生产环境内的运行效率.
Qualifications资历要求:
1.College degree in Engineering, or a related field工程或相关专业大专以上学历.
2.Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering within the electronic accessory industry(Phone case, Tablet case), with a focus on manufacturing of Plastic injection至少10年电子配件行业（手机保护壳，平板电脑外壳）质量工程经验，专注于塑料注塑制造.
3.Strong problem-solving skills and experience with quality tools is preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, FMEA) 有较强的问题解决能力和质量工具使用经验者优先（如六西格玛，精益，8D，FMEA）.
4.Experience with process validation, equipment qualification, and product testing methodologies具有工艺验证，设备确认和产品测试方法的经验.
5.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally优秀的沟通和协作能力，具有跨部门工作能力.
6.Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required较强的英语口头和书面沟通能力.
