一、岗位要求Job requirement：
1.熟练塑胶产品相关知识。
Experienced in plastic injection molding indutry knowledge.
2.有良好的项目管理相关知识。
Good at project management.
3.熟练使用办公软件及相关的项目管理软件，懂UG和CAD优先。
Skillful in office software and the project management software. UG and CAD preferred.
4.熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。
English knowledge is needed.
5.具有良好的沟通技巧。
Communcation skills.
6.善于合作，能承受工作压力。
Cooperating and able to work under hard pressure.
二、工作职责Key responsibility:
1. 处理报价。
Handle RFQ.
2. 协助客服在系统建立新客户档案。
Assist the customer service to build new customer information in system.
3. 确认并处理模具、样品、试产订单。
Confirm and handle orders about tools, samples and pilot production.
4. 与客户沟通技术问题及其他相关项目问题，并将客户的要求准确及时地转达给内部。
Communicate with customer for technical issues or other project issues, and transfer customer requirement to internal departments precisely and timely.
5. 制订项目计划，并确保客户的要求、项目进度能如期完成。
Build project plan and ensure the plan will be finished as customer requirement on time.
6. 签发、更新产品图纸及工程样板，协助质量工程师建立质量检查标准和处理相关质量投诉、改善。
Sign and release engineering sample and drawing. Assist the quality engineer to build quality inspection or standard, and cope with quality complaint and improvement.
7. 建立物料清单、包装指引，明确工艺流程，并协助生产建立工艺路线、操作指引，及时更新维护系统的数据。
Build BOM (Line in system), packing instruction. Define flow chart. Assist production department to build Route, working instruction. Maintain the system data timely.
8. 主导项目由试模、试产阶段顺利转向量产，确保生产效率、良率控制在报价成本范围内，协助生产改善工艺，降低成本。
Lead the project transfer from NPI to MP and ensure the productivity and yield rate are within quoted data. Assist the production department to improve process, reduce production cost.
9. 管理与维护产品销售价格。
Manage and maintain sales price.
10. 主导并确保工程变更按要求实施
Lead and ensure engineering change will be implemented within requirement.
11. 在项目收尾阶段，与客户沟通处理呆滞物料与双方责任、客户财产的处置。
In ramp down stage, communicate with customer for liability on left material and disposal on customer assets.
12. 完成上级交待的其他工作。
