POSITION SUMMARY/ 职务概要
This position is responsible for designing cost effective products and meeting customer requirements. Responsibility includes consideration of the various factors affecting cost and time to market to achieve successful launch into production. Responsibility also includes investigation of new material / process with consideration of the industry standards to support product division strategy. This position can produce work and achieve results with minimum level of supervision.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/日常工作内容
• Review, question and understand customer requirements.
• 能好的评审和理解客户要求。
• Complete necessary design calculation and samples build to validate product performances / 完成必要的设计计算和做样来验证产品性能。
• Approve A release documentation for launch to production.
• 承认量产文件和输入系统。
• Able to complete platform / material selection to design STP and STWEP products / 能完成平台，材料的选择来设计类似产品。
• Develop major programs such as PAC projects / 研发主要的项目如全新的项目
• Actively participate in design review activities / 积极参与设计评审活动
• Find and resolve design problem initiatively and independently.

• Provide direction to junior engineers / 提供指导给年轻的工程人员。
• Participate in new candidate interview process. /参与新人的面试
• Make recommendations and provide options to gain customer approval / 推荐和提供选项给客人承认
• Generate regular summary and report on engineering activities.

• Capable of providing plant support and customer support as required/ 根据要求提供支援给产线和客户。

• Work closely with design engineering group

• Ensure support is provided to program manager

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/知识和技能
• An understanding of magnetic component technology required
• 能好的理解磁性元件的技术要求。
• General Knowledge of magnetic theory required;
• 通用的磁性元件理论要求
• General knowledge of injection molding and metal tooling
• 常用注塑和五金模具
• Good knowledge of magnetic component design
• 丰富的磁性元件设计知识
• 2~4 automotive experiences is an added advantage
• 优先考虑如果有2-4年汽车项目工作经验。
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Solidworks, PowerPCB, Good written and verbal communication skills
• 计算机能力包含办公软件，AUTOCAD，SOLIDWORKS,PCB设计软件。好的写和口语沟通能力
• Good command of National language for operation assigned as well as English language 能用英语沟通
• Able to participate and take minutes of conference calls held in English language 能参与和做会议记录用英语
• Able to coach junior engineers 能培训工程师
