ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(基本职责):
1. Responsible for talent acquisition, talent management activities, C&B and performance management, employees’ training and ER;
2. Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths and key business drivers. Work closely with hiring manager to ensure talent requirements are identified, met and aligned to business objectives.
3. Maintain fluent communication with line managers to understand the hiring needs and position requirement.
4. Manage the C&B and performance system to ensure the company's compensation system is competitive
in the industry market
5. Support to implement annual training plan, enhance employees’ learning culture and skill.
6. Utilize different channels to communicate with targeted employees and provide feedback and proposal to improve employee engagement.
7. Plan and organize activities to ensure the harmonious employee relationships.
8. Support to develop, implement, evaluate and optimize talent management program including performance, and succession projects for organization talent pipeline buildup and maintenance.
9. Perform special projects and tasks as assigned.

6. 策划和组织员工活动,确保公司员工关系和谐。
7. 支持开发、实施、评估和优化人才管理计划,包括绩效、和继任项目,以促进组织人才管道的建设和维护。
8. 完成指定的特殊项目和任务。
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS(基本要求):
1. Bachelor degree with 8 years’ experience in HR field.
2. Strong consulting, influencing, collaboration and management skills to drive analysis to successful outcomes.
3. Knowledge of labor law and related regulation.
4. Honest, careful, reliable, data-driven person; open minded.
5. Independent and self-starter, good team work player and the ability to work under the pressure.
6. Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
