Job Description
1.Tax Compliance
1)preparation and ensure timely filing of C&K China and C&K HK legal entities’ income tax, VAT, withholding, and other tax returns
2)work with external advisors to prepare and ensure timely completion of C&K China & C&KHK transfer pricing documentation
3)preparation of, data collection packages necessary for US international tax compliance
4)filing of income tax treaty and VAT benefit applications
5)coordinate with Asia Treasury/SSC to ensure proper settlement of withholding taxes on payments from China/HK legal entities
6)ensure proper payment of estimated tax payments, and ensure all tax related notices are properly addressed
2.Tax Reporting
1)prepare tax provision on a quarterly and annual basis for C&K China and C&K HK entities
2)complete monthly tax account reconciliation/closing for C&K China and C&K HK entities
3.Tax-related Forecasting, Audits and Other Responsibilities
1)preparation of quarterly cash tax forecasts for C&K China and C&K HK entities
2)assist line manager in addressing tax audit related queries
3)assist line manager in monitoring and reviewing R&D expense super deduction and potential high tech application
4)assist line manager in monitoring transfer pricing model calculation
5)assist line manager in other potential acquisitions, tax planning projects
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Management
2、Minimum 2-3 yrs tax role experience in accounting firms or big MNCs or other well-reputated companies；Excellent in spoken and written English (CET-4 or above)
