MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED (主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1.Develops test plans to fulfill a test request
2.Develops test methods/procedures/fixtures as needed to meet specific requests
3.Performs sample preparation, measurements, and testing
4.Analyzes, interprets, performs statistical analysis (as needed) and graphs/charts collected data
5.Writes test reports to document and communicate test data, results, and conclusions
6.Coordinates, through laboratory technicians, the completion of test requests
7.Coordinates and performs (when necessary) failure analysis
8.Trains others in the use of appropriate test equipment
9.Serves as a member of the laboratory team to improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of the laboratory and its work
10.Assists in the development of laboratory methods, procedures, and systems to improve laboratory productivity and when applicable to comply with ISO17025 and other applicable requirements
11.Maintains an awareness of new technology and competitor’s technology via appropriate media (e.g. literature, patents, and trade shows)
12.Performs other tasks at the request of Lab Management
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic engineering or related field

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1.At least 6 years of applicable experience such as work in a test or quality laboratory (CNAS accredited) or product / process engineer with connector knowledge. 至少六年以上的(认可)实验室工作经验 或熟悉连接器产品及制造等相关知识.
2.Good skills in ProE or Auto CAD for test fixture and test board design，Microsoft office software (such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint, etc.) and data analysis software (Minitab) 熟练使用ProE或CAD等绘图软件设计测试夹具及测试PCB板，熟练使用微软办公 软件 (如Excel, Word, Powerpoint等) 及Minitab等数据分析软件
3.Good knowledge of laboratory system requirement, familiar with ISO/IEC17025. 良好的实验室体系要求知识, 熟悉ISO/IEC17025标准及CNAS认可准则．
4.Good command of English skill both in oral and written (CET-4) 良好的英文听说读写能力，大学英语4级或以上.
SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:
1.Familiar with connector technology and reliability testing 熟悉连接器技术及可靠性测试．
2.Good interpersonal and communication skill 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧．
