Key Responsibilities
Support development of AC-DC LED drivers, constant current drivers, and control circuits.
Analyze schematics, PCBs, and electrical designs for lighting products.
Review BOMs, PCB layouts, and component substitutions.
Conduct electrical testing and performance validation of lighting systems.
Diagnose electrical issues in Lighting fixtures, drivers, and power supplies.
Support root cause analysis for field or production failures.
Recommend design improvements for reliability and cost reduction.
Ensure manufacturing processes meet engineering specifications.
Conduct or oversee testing for:
Thermal performance
Battery efficiency
Safety standards
Support certification for UL, CSA, FCC, etc.
Communicate technical issues clearly in written and spoken English.
Prepare engineering reports, test results, and technical documentation.
