工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
1. 评估，提高、改善产品的工艺过程自动化方案。新自动化设备的调试、工艺过程风险分析。制定相关的验证方案和实施过程管理。制定和更新设备的作业指导书和验证报告。
Evaluate, enhance and improve the process automation plan for the product. Commissioning of new automated equipment and risk analysis of the process. Formulate relevant verification plans and implement process management. Formulate and update the operation instructions and verification reports for the equipment.
2. 对海外工厂的自动化需求提供解决方案。协助海外工厂导入的自动化或设备售后问题。对海外工厂的自动化项目进行项目的管理和技术支持。
Provide solutions for the automation needs of overseas factories. Assist overseas factories in introducing automation or after-sales issues related to equipment. Manage and provide technical support for the automation projects of overseas factories.
3. 使用精益生产工具对工艺过程中效率和质量提供自动化的解决方案，执行和落实自动化的解决方案。
Use LEAN production tools to provide automated solutions for efficiency and quality in the process, and implement and enforce the automated solutions.
4. 协助部门负责人进行设备管理和计划，协助部门进行设备系统化管理，可持续化的设备自动化升级。
Assist the department head in equipment management and planning, and help the department carry out systematic equipment management and sustainable equipment automation upgrades.
能力要求 Job Requirement:
1. 本科以上学历，5年以上自动化项目管理工作经验
Bachelor's degree with automation or similar major, have 5+/- years experience over automation applications；
2. 可较独立完成自动化项目的导入，验证和对现有设备进行自动化的持续改善。
Be capable of independently completing the introduction, verification and continuous improvement of the automation of existing equipment for automation projects;
3. 有自动化项目进行生产过程的可持续改进的成功案例;
There are successful cases of sustainable improvement in the production process through automation projects;
4. 可以使用英语进行流利沟通；
Fluent spoken and written English.
5. 有外资公司的工作经验优先，能接受出差。
