Job Description职位描述National Strategic Account Manager全国战略客户经理Reporting To:SSC-National Function DirectorResponsibilities:职位描述:Identify and develop potential business opportunities from national strategic accounts从全国战略客户处识别和开发潜在的业务机会Fulfill target through selling 3rd party management system certification(eg: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TS 16949, ISO22000, etc), customized audit solutions, training, or any other SGS services.通过销售第三方管理体系认证业务(如ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TS 16949, ISO22000等管理体系)和依据客户的要求而制定的审核方案、培训以及其他公司服务产品完成业绩指标 Coordinate regional sales and technical resources with national function team to fulfill service delivery to national strategic accounts通过和地区销售团队以及各个职能团队配合完成对全国战略客户的服务Coordinate SSC and other SBU service delivering resources to fulfill strategic accounts requirements when necessary当有必要时通过与体系认证部以及其他部门服务资源的协调达到战略客户的要求Work with technical, marketing, sales and management personnel at SGS regional and national level和SGS地区以及全国的技术、市场、销售以及管理层的合作Actively selling new products/services销售新的产品/服务Job requirements:职位要求:Ability to understand customer expectations on an national & international basis能以宏观视野理解客户的期望Good interpersonal and PR skill on developing and maintaining customer relationship在开发和维护客户关系方面具有良好的人际交往和公关能力Proven governmental relationship and/or sound relationship with large SOE and/or MNC is a preferential 具有良好的政府关系,和大型的SOE以及/或跨国公司具有良好的关系将会优先考虑Good verbal & written communication and presenting skills出色的口头和书面沟通能力和演讲能力Good command in oral and written English出色的英文口语和书面能力Ability in project management at a national level良好的项目管理能力Sound technical knowledge of the quality/environmental/social, etc management system is a preferential熟悉质量/环境/社会等管理体系方面知识的优先考虑 Computer literate, capability of project based proposal developing and preparation熟练的计算机应用能力,项目的准备和方案策划能力5907 6690-|171 6298 1506 78
