Job Description:
-Handling customer requirements regarding to technical and product improvement issues
-Providing customers with technical solutions in cooperation with R&D, QC etc. relevant departments
-Assistance for new product launch, product seminar and product certification / approval
-AM Product training for local sales and customers
-Monitoring OCN products regarding to quality and required improvements
-Handling customer claims
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in Physics, Electric Engineering or relevant engineering field
-At least 1 year related working experience in a manufacturing company, professional in R&D, production or QC
-Experiences with customer service
-Working experience in lighting industry preferred
-Good PC skills, especially MS office
