Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work together with the US designer team.
• Work together with the supplier, factory team
• Fitting shoes and give the feedback to technician
• Daily communications with suppliers/factories and Development and Production Team
• Inspect materials and samples in development stage
• Cooperate with customers to develop samples
• Assist suppliers/factories in solve operation & technical problem
• .Work out standard sample with customer.
• Pass standard sample to supplier and CGA confirmation team to follow up.
• Push customers the comments.
• Pass updated customer’s comments to factories.
• Update all information related in the System.
• Report any problem or urgent case to supervisor timely.
Required Skills:
• IT-skills
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Tannery work experiences
• Have some leather knowledge.
• At least 3 year experience in shoe developing and shoe fitting
• Good English communication skills.
• Operate computer skillfully
Minimum Experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Team player.
• Patient and careful.
Minimum Education:
