•College graduate or above major in Engineering and Management.
•Familiar with project management knowledge.
•Expert on process and products flow of Inductive Components.
•Expert on each function of automotive product process.
•Expert on process risk analysis and control.-PFMEA+Control plan.
•Expert on POKE-YAKE mindset and Lean improvement.
•Familiar with cost calculation and cost control for inductive components.
•Familiar with 6S system.
Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF16949 System.
•More than five-year Manager Engineering related working experiences in foreign manufacture company will be preferred.
•All basic skills required to fulfill the job, i.e. analytical, organization, communications and negotiation, learning and implementing skills.
•Should have management experiences, i.e. leading a team, group or department before.
•Budget/cost center control experience, i.e. took actively part during budgeting process and had cost center control responsibility.
•Good with design software of AutoCAD…etc.
•General mindset of production field management, productivity monitoring and improvement, 5S and quality stream.
•PC skills (able to use MS word, MS Excel，Powerpoint and Outlooketc.).
Good at writing and oral English skills.

•Guiding, coaching and prompting staff, developing and training good backup of engineer.
•Monitoring the inquiry status with costing engineer, making successful on offer with sales.
•Monitoring the project schedule with engineer, no delay on time schedule which fixed with customer.
•Supporting in technology field and quality troubleshooting for mass production
•Evaluating and releasing new material from supplier.
Training and developing the managerial and executive skills for subordinates.
•Implementing all related policies & SAP system with accurate data.
•Ensuring cost calculation process and project handle according to the defined quality standards and company policy.
•Ensuring provides a reasonable offer to customer and selected material is feasible.
•Dealing with quality and process problem timely.
•Improving the productivity and reducing standard time.
•Optimizing working flow of engineer for reduction of cost.
Training subordinate and updating their competence and instructing them to meet their KPI target.。
•Constitute and managing BOM and Costing in SAP system.
•Signature of documents related to HR management, such as Resignation Application, Recruitment Application, Leaving Application, External Training Application and so on.
•Signature of Procedure Documents and others documents as requirement.
•Attending management review and customer audit meeting.
