任职要求:
1. 具备10年以上毛织、针织衫质量管理经验,其中至少5年团队管理经验。
2. 拥有3年以上品牌采购办事处(Buying Office)或第三方验货公司(如SGS、ITS、BV等)工作经验。
3. 熟悉国际高端品牌的质量标准及技术要求。
4. 具备独立主导和处理客户或第三方QA验厂的经验,能够独立处理过程中的各类问题。
5. 具备扎实的技术知识(如纱线、织片、缝盘、后整等),能够分析质量问题的根本原因并提供有效解决方案。
6. 具有良好的团队协作精神,能够与生产部门密切配合解决品质问题。
7. 具有海外工作经验优先。
职位职责:
? 质量体系管理: 建立、实施和维护工厂的质量管理体系。确保其持续有效运行,符合公司及客户标准。
? 团队领导: 培训、管理和发展QC团队,提升团队整体技术能力和质量意识。
? 标准与培训: 制定并执行质量检验标准(AQL)和程序;定期为QC团队和生产团队组织培训,确保所有员工理解并遵循质量要求。
? 客户与第三方审计: 能独立主导并应对客户或第三方检验机构的验厂、质量评审活动,并确保问题整改与关闭。
? 生产支持: 与生产、技术部门协作,从源头上预防质量问题的发生,并对生产过程中出现的重大品质问题提供技术性分析和有效的解决方案。
? 过程控制: 监控从原材料到成品出库的全流程质量,确保产品质量在每一个环节都得到有效控制。
? 报告与分析: 定期生成质量报告,分析质量趋势、缺陷根本原因,并向管理层提出改进建议。
工作地点: 柬埔寨(提供住宿安排/津贴)。
Job Title: QA Manager (Based in Cambodia)
Note: This position reports to the Group General Manager
Education: College degree or above.
Preference will be given to candidates who can use English as a working language.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in sweaters/knitwear, including at least 5 years as a team management role.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in a Buying Office or third-party inspection company (e.g., SGS, ITS, BV, etc.).
3. Familiar with quality standards and technical requirements of international high-end brands.
4. Experience in independently leading and handling client or third-party QA factory audits, with the ability to resolve various issues during the process.
5. Solid technical knowledge (e.g., yarn, knitting, linking, finishing, etc.), capable of analyzing root causes of quality problems and providing effective solutions.
6. Good team work spirit, able to work closely with production departments to resolve quality issues.
7. Overseas work experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
? Quality System Management: Establish, implement, and maintain the factory’s quality management system. Ensure its continuous and effective operation in compliance with company and client standards.
? Team Leadership: Train, manage, and develop the QC team to enhance overall technical capabilities and quality awareness.
? Standards and Training: Develop and execute quality inspection standards (AQL) and procedures; organize regular training for QC and production teams to ensure all employees understand and adhere to quality requirements.
? Client and Third-Party Audits: Independently host client or third-party technical audits and quality assessments, ensuring issue resolution and closure.
? Production Support: Collaborate with production and technical departments to prevent quality issues, and provide technical analysis and effective solutions for major quality problems during production.
? Process Control: Monitor end-to-end quality from raw materials to finished products, ensuring effective quality control at every stage.
? Reporting and Analysis: Regularly generate quality reports, analyze quality trends and root causes of defects, and propose improvement suggestions to management.
