Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
2.Above 8 year experience in Production Material Control, above 3 years managerial experience, good analytical ability and problem solving skills, Strong team work and cooperation spirit.
3.Excellent command of the Japanese language or English, SAP, MS Office.
Major Duties:
1.Production Planning: Lead production projects to produce schedules and plans and estimate the human resources, tools, equipment needed to manufacture products. Contribute to the development of operating budgets for the production unit. Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to production processes, systems, technology, capital, equipment, or other assets that will enhance the organization’s production capabilities. Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in production, maintenance, engineering, purchasing, or human resources) to integrate their activities into productions plans, cost estimates, and schedules. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop production-planning staff to ensure that their activities meet pre-established targets.
2.Material resource planning: Ensuring that materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers, maintaining the lowest possible level of inventory, planning manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
3.Warehouse/Inventory/Storage: Improve warehouse management by defining process and policies and conduction audit to make sure physical and system data integrity. Drive the inventory turn over rate to drive production efficiency through lean project. Inventory analysis, including recommendations to reduce inventory levels. Ensures min./max. stock levels stock of finished goods, e.g. standard articles, customer specific stock articles as well as of semi-finished goods are adhered to.
4.Supervision: Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility (especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor and representative planning, personnel development and training measures).
5.EHS supporting: Ensures adherence to and monitoring of legal laws and internal regulations concerning EHS in his/her organizational unit and is occasionally involved in the development of new concepts and directives in close corporation with the EHS site advisor. Ensures implementation of the concepts in his/her area of responsibility and takes care of the corresponding instruction and training of his/her employees.
